The beds and pillows were very good

There were no tissue boxes in the room. And when we returned for the evening, the smoke detector was indicating a spent battery. The staff told us to dismantle the smoke detector versus replacing the battery.

Carpet was dirty and stunk,mold all over the curtains,lumpy beds, fridge door falling off just every thing wrong!

Rooms are not sound proof.. had to move to a different room because foot step noise above us.. hearing cleaning staff making loud noises outside our door

Ice machine was broken. Bathroom had crumbling walls and peeling enamel in the tub. Mattress was rock hard.

I have photos. The floor was disgusting. The fridge was dirty. The lights didn?t work. Girl that checked me in was okay.

Everything about the hotel was horrible, old stained smelly carpet and curtains, old fashioned and outdated appliances, air conditioner awful odor emissions. Horrible.

No interaction with office. Breakfast did not exists even though signs advertised it.

Good location. Quiet area. Helpful staff.

Unable to enter the lobby. Lobby was always locked. All transactions conducted outside via the afterhours window. Make one not feel as welcomed. No continental breakfast. The interior carpet to the room was very stained. Exiting to leave was dangerous.

the best part of this hotel is the location to downtown mountain view.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, there was no breakfast or options, light bulbs were missing in the room, covers were broken and we were woken early by the cleaning staff(before check out)

I`ve never written bad reviews, but I want to say they need to improve their service or they will lose their clients. Room smell very bad. I opened the window, but it couldn`t help me. Carpet not cleaned. I guess cleaner service didn`t use a vacuum.

On the level of my eyes at the wall near the bathroom, I found centipede! Poor breakfast. When I came at 8:15 am I found two kinds of cereal, oatmeal, some pieces of bread, two terrible waffles. Small parking space.

yes, the room had ants crawling everywhere - very unsettling. The wifi didn't work during my entire stay - so I couldn't work there and had to go to nearby Starbucks - still wasn't working in the morning. the wait at the front desk took 30 mins

It is recently remodeled. The mattresses are better then your average Motel 8. Shower had decent pressure

The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. We had a drunk couple next to us that woke us up all night, both nights we stayed. Slamming doors, yelling. The incredibly bright outdoor lights pour into the room all night. There's no way to black them

Easy access; location near many kinds of shops; friendly staff; clean room, with very comfortable bed.

Perhaps breakfast hours could be extended a little longer.

Felt very cheap bordering on sleazy. Bathroom reeked of chlorine. Bathroom light cast a weird orange color. One bed light was white and the other one was off-white.
